2fer Tuesday!

So as part of my new training schedule tuesdays and thursdays are swim/weight train days.  I swam this morning with coach Jacki for an hour and just finished a 1.5 mile warmup jog/run and an hour of strength training.  Mix in the fact I also worked 9 hours today and you have one very tired Nick.  And its only 6pm.  Its a good tired...   but yeah...  I'm BEAT!  I think that tues/thurs is going to be a hard combo initially.  Time will tell.  Time to go make some dinner and tip over!
